  • 1 teaspoon agave nectar
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices for garnish

How to Make

  • 2- B100 Complex Capsules
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
  • 2-4 tablespoons agave syrup
  • couple sprigs of mint
  • 1 cup water

How to Make

  1. In a 3-quart pitcher, add coconut water and fruit juices.
  2. Open up the B100 capsules and add the contents of the capsules to the juice (discard the gelatin outer coating of the capsule).
  3. Add water, ginger, mint, and agave syrup. Stir well to combine.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness with the agave syrup if needed.
  5. Serve over ice.
  6. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for a couple of days. If you have any leftovers.
